But i did some thing different, because my problem was i couldn’t acess Cyder 2 because of this error, so I got the sqlite3 to Cyder folder and it worked!

same procedure worked for me… replaced the SQLite3.dll within the cyder folder from the one copied from C:Program FilesCommon FilesAppleMobile Device Support

To fix the issue you need at least the version 3.7.4.110 of sqlite3.dll.

Many many thanks for helping with this. I copied sqlite3.dll from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support. And overwrote the default sqlite3.dll and it connected first straight away when opening Cyder again.
